LATE POLICY

Please familiarize yourself with the location and traffic patterns at the time of your appointment. Planning to arrive early will provide a cushion for unforeseen incidents.

With respect for everyone’s time in mind, there is a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals beyond 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you will be considered a no-show and the card on file will automatically be charged 25% of the regular price for the service scheduled to be performed.

If your appointment is complimentary, it will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.


CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING POLICY

Please allow 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the card on file being charged 25% of the regular price for the service scheduled to be performed. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 24 hours’ notice.

No-shows will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the regular price for the service scheduled to be performed.

In the event of a cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, all paid deposits will be forfeited.


GUESTS POLICY

Due to the nature of services provided, it is kindly request that children and/or pets not accompany you during your appointment. Service dogs are allowed with proper identification.


SERVICE DEPOSITS

A deposit is due within 24 hours of booking to secure all appointments.

The deposit reinforces your intent to follow through with your appointment, and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. All remaining balances will be charged post-treatment.


COMPLIMENTARY SESSIONS:

Complimentary sessions will be subject to all fees for services rendered after the initial treatment.


EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

The approval of clients for cover-ups is imperative. If you have had your eyebrows previously microbladed, tattooed, or undergone any other form of permanent or semi-permanent brow treatment, an email with clear photos of your brows is required to be submitted for approval.

After photo submission, contact will be made within 2 business days to communicate your eligibility for a cover-up session.

Scheduling an appointment without prior approval of your cover-up will result in forfeiture of any deposits paid.


IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS

All permanent cosmetics are considered a multi-step process. Healed results will vary by client. Guarantees of results are not made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although best efforts are made to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcomes, as each client will heal differently.

In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care Instructions.

These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.

An Arch Affair reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Prices and the requirement of a deposit are subject to change at anytime.


COVID - 19

While client and technician health and safety are always paramount, addition measures are being taken as a result of COVID-19.

Please reach out immediately for assistance rescheduling for a later date if any of the following apply:

1) You or someone you are in close contact with are sick within 24 hours of your appointment.

2) You or someone you are in close contact with are pending test results for COVID-19.

3) You or someone you are in close contact with has been quarantined in the last 14 days.

4) You or someone you are in close contact with is currently presenting any of the following COVID-19 symptoms: Fever in the last 24 hours, Chills, Fatigue, Cough, Sore Throat, Difficulty Breathing, Shortness of Breath, Loss of Sense of Taste or Smell, Muscle Pain, Body Aches, Headache, Congestion, Runny Nose, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea.

The waiting area is not accessible at this time. Please plan to wait in your vehicle until 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Please plan to keep personal items brought with you inside the suite to a minimum.

Please come to your appointment alone (no extra guests or children) at the time.

All client and technicians will be required to wear a mask upon entering the suite and during the duration of the appointment.

All clients will be required to wash and sanitize their hands upon entering the suite.

Strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures are being adhered to throughout the day. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting beds, rooms, tools, door handles, and, and all high touch areas. Bed liners, are one-time use only, per client.
